Dear Chauffeured Transportation Industry Associate:

The Minnesota Chauffeured Transportation Association’s Board of Directors would like to invite you to join us as a new or continued member. MCTA is the voice of small business owners who are dedicated to the success of chauffeured transportation and the improvement of industry regulations in Minnesota. Our goal is to increase the stature of the industry and to have a seat at the table with city, metropolitan, and state regulators and politicians to ensure we continue to have a profitable industry.

Our industry is in crisis and transformation. We also know that sticking together to continue to be a source of information, access, clout, and more, is as important now than ever. Which is why we’ve made some changes to the membership dues for 2021.

The MCTA Board of Directors has voted to again REDUCE MEMBERSHIP DUES for 2021. For 2021 membership (February 2021 through January 2022), we urge you to join MCTA for $50/in-service vehicle, with a minimum investment per operator of $100. We’ve also adjusted partner (vendor) memberships. BENEFITS and additional information are attached to this email.

The 2021 MCTA membership drive will last until March 1. Please join MCTA paying your dues via credit card directly through this link today: http://bit.ly/MCTA2021Dues

In 2020, MCTA members had exclusive access to decision-makers and heard updates and provided feedback to MnDOT, MAC, NLA leaders and more. We shared information available on industry and small business relief assistance, and gathered in January 2021 for our annual holiday reception (via Zoom!). For the remainder of 2021, MCTA will have quarterly meetings (at new and different locations) with a focus on education and tips to network and save money, with an annual holiday reception in January. We’re also bringing back casual happy hours for more networking and member tips. We’ve already held several meetings this year, with additional Zoom teleconference calls, and provided valuable information to our members – and friends – during the COVID-19 pandemic and emergency orders to shut down.

We hope you will join us – because of the value and affordability. We’re a strong team in Minnesota and feel that with membership working together, our industry will remain strong and profitable. Thank you.

Sincerely,

Gus Ortis, Executive Transportation, 2021 President

Todd Anderson, Carey Executive Transportation, 2021 Vice President

Chad Peterson, Renee’s Limousines, 2021 Secretary/Treasurer
